Midlife Renewal Groups
Educational programs for women ready to reclaim themselves
Midlife has a way of asking questions you were not expecting. You don't have to figure this season of life out alone.
Upcoming Groups:
Registration is now open for From Burnout to Balance.
As part of the Midlife Renewal Series, additional groups will be launching soon, in English and Spanish.
Midlife Renewal Groups
Who am I now?
Why am I so exhausted all the time?
Why does everything that once worked suddenly feel so overwhelming?
Whether you're navigating burnout, changing family roles, career transitions, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, it is easy to believe that you are the only one struggling, the only one going through whatever this is. The truth is, countless women are asking these same questions. And what a relief it is when they find others who understand what they are going through because they, too, have been going through the same.
Our Midlife Renewal Groups offer a place to learn, reflect, and grow alongside other women experiencing similar life transitions.
These are not therapy groups. They are structured educational programs designed to help you better understand what you are experiencing while giving you practical, evidence-informed tools to move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
What you’ll gain
Throughout this 12-week experience, you'll learn how to:
Recognize the signs and patterns of burnout
Understand how chronic stress impacts your mind and body
Develop healthier boundaries without guilt
Quiet perfectionism and unrealistic expectations
Reconnect with your values and sense of purpose
Build sustainable self-care practices that fit real life
Strengthen emotional resilience during seasons of change
Create a vision for the next chapter of your life
Each session combines education, guided reflection, practical exercises, and thoughtful discussion to help you apply what you're learning in meaningful ways.
Learn in community
There is something deeply encouraging about realizing that you are not the only woman carrying invisible burdens.
As you learn alongside others, you will discover that many of your experiences are shared. Hearing another woman's story often helps us better understand our own. The conversations that naturally unfold create opportunities for encouragement, perspective, and mutual growth.
While participants are welcome to share their experiences, these cohorts are centered on education and skill-building rather than personal therapy or emotional processing.
A guided learning experience
Each cohort is intentionally small to encourage meaningful participation and connection.
Over 12 weeks, you will move through a carefully designed curriculum grounded in current research and practical strategies for navigating burnout and midlife transitions. Every session builds upon the last, helping you develop knowledge and skills that support lasting personal growth.
As your facilitator, I draw upon my professional experience and expertise to teach, guide discussions, and provide educational resources. My role within these cohorts is that of an educator and facilitator, creating a supportive learning environment where participants can gain insight, practice new skills, and leave feeling empowered.
Is this program right for you?
These cohorts may be a great fit if you:
Feel emotionally or physically depleted
Are navigating a significant life transition
Want practical tools, not just inspiration
Learn well in a supportive group environment
Are ready to prioritize your personal growth
Want to reconnect with yourself and your values
Important information
These Midlife Renewal Groups are educational programs and are NOT psychotherapy, counseling, or mental health treatment.
Participation does not establish a therapist-client relationship, and these groups are not intended to diagnose, treat, or provide therapy for mental health conditions. Instead, participants receive education, practical strategies, guided reflection, and opportunities to learn within a supportive community.
If you are seeking individualized mental health treatment, individual counseling services may be more appropriate.
I want you to know:
You are certainly not alone.
Imagine what it would feel like to stop carrying everything alone, to sit with women who understand exactly what you mean without you having to explain it. Imagine feeling like yourself again, with language for what you have been through and tools for what comes next. Imagine midlife not as something you are surviving, but as the season where you finally come back to you.
That future is possible.
